The Municipality of Siechnice and Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA SA have initiated a collaboration aimed at developing and implementing a project focused on the revitalization and assignment of new economic, social, and public functions to the facilities of Elektrociepłownia Czechnica, which is owned by KOGENERACJA and located on properties in the Municipality of Siechnice, in the quarter bordered by Polna and Fabryczna streets.

Following the launch of a new combined heat and power plant, KOGENERACJA will decommission the existing plant located in the center of the city of Siechnice. Consequently, there is a need to prepare for the revitalization of the current plant's facilities and the surrounding area, with the goal of fostering positive relationships with the local community, carrying out promotional and marketing activities, and completing other tasks in cooperation with the Municipality of Siechnice.
