Siechnice Nowa Energia is a company established by the Municipality of Siechnice and Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A., part of Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.
The objective of the company is to oversee the comprehensive revitalisation of the Czechnica Combined Heat and Power Plant, and to introduce new economic, social, and cultural functions. This joint initiative aims to create a modern space that will serve the local community, support the region's economic development, and promote civic engagement.
We assume that every concept for the redevelopment of the power plant site should enable the Investor to achieve measurable business and reputational benefits.
