According to the currently applicable local spatial development plan, the Czechnica CHP Plant site is designated for industrial use, in line with its historical function. However, as part of a collaborative initiative between the Municipality of Siechnice and Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A., steps are being taken to revitalise the site and introduce new economic, social, and public functions. To support this transformation, amendments to the planning documents are being prepared, aiming to enable future mixed-use development in line with the Investors’ plans.
